# Alertmanager firing false alerts when data available in grafana

we have the alertmanager configured for our EKS clusters and for some clusters we can see false alerts in slack , but when we check the grafana for missing metrics they are available  
We have tried to include our troubleshooting in a document  
Need help on this asap !!
