# Prometheus operator not working properly

Hi Guys, need your help here

Prometheus operator is showing the below logs  
level=warn ts=2022-12-08T10:49:35.67599144Z caller=operator.go:344 component=alertmanageroperator informer=Secret msg=“cache sync not yet completed”

level=warn ts=2022-12-08T10:49:36.474613303Z caller=operator.go:344 component=prometheusoperator informer=Secret msg=“cache sync not yet completed”

-\>its not deploying the prometheus stateful sets

the helm chart we are using is

chart:  
repository: [Prometheus Community Kubernetes Helm Charts | helm-charts](https://prometheus-community.github.io/helm-charts)  
name: kube-prometheus-stack  
version: 12.7.0

can anyone please help as to why we are facing this issue
