# Promqtool and unit testing tools: what would you use to demo alerts and rules for a presentation

Hi,  
I have done quite a lot of work writing and testing alerts at my company and I am going to do a demo very shorly. I normally use promtool to check that rules are syntactically correct and unit tests are passing. I would be interested to hear from people in this community what tools they would use to demo some alerts and their tests. Is there anything else other than promtool/ some friendly UI etc that can be used?
