On the page about exposition formats I can see that it is possible to specify a timestamp on the metric line.
How is that timestamp treated once scraped? Is it used as the sampling time for that metric?
Is it allowed to have two scrapes giving out the same timestamp for a given metric? Are they creating duplicates?
